New Form N-400 to file for Citizenship

There is a new form to file for citizenship!  The form has expanded from 10 pages to 21 pages, asking more information than ever.   The USCIS will stop taking the old form soon.

The new form simplifies some questions, but many are more complicated now.  Rosalind Gold, with the National Association of Latino Elected and Appointed Officials Educational Fund, and others contend that immigrants who lack strong English skills may need additional help with their forms, even legal advice.

Our office can make sure you qualify and that your application is filled out correctly.  We are also with you throughout the process.  We provide materials for studying for the English and Civics tests and we provide the opportunity to practice with our staff at our office.  Most importantly, our lead attorney, Jessica Piedra will go  with you to the interview!
